Diligent’s existing support infrastructure and all support systems remain in place following the acquisition of Diligent by IBM. 

Existing Diligent customers and partners will continue to receive outstanding support pursuant to the existing terms and conditions that are in place.  All access methods and contact numbers for Diligent Support remain the same, and your existing Diligent representatives from Sales and Customer Service and Support (CSS) will continue to support you. Specifically:

  • All terms and conditions described in your Software Maintenance Service agreement remain in place
  • All response time SLAs will remain the same
  • The existing ticket system remains the same. Tickets may be opened and tracked via the Diligent extranet, https://extranet.diligent.com
  • The 24 hour support number that is listed in your Software Maintenance Service agreement remains the same
