Former General Counsel and Company Secretary to Mitsubishi Motors UK Group, Carrie was Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee.

Carrie is also Legal and Governance Director for Auxillias Limited, a niche law firm supporting clients with their consumer and business lending products to SMEs.
