Brian Moynihan

Brian leads a team of more than 200,000 employees dedicated to making financial lives better for people, companies of every size, and institutional investors across the United States and around the world. Brian participates in several organizations that focus on economic and market trends, including the World Economic Forum International Business Council, the Financial Services Forum and the Bank Policy Institute (chair of both), the Business Roundtable, and the American Heart Association CEO Roundtable (co-chair). He is also a member of the Federal Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank. Brian leads the company’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council and is a member of the museum council for the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture. He is also a member of the Brown University Corporation's Board of Fellows and the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation Board.

Brian Stafford

President & CEO, Diligent Corporation

Brian Stafford is Chief Executive Officer of Diligent Corporation. Brian assumed the role of CEO in March 2015 and is responsible for all day-to-day operations, with a focus on accelerating global growth and incorporating scale into the business in order to seamlessly manage the growth. Brian previously served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he founded and led their Growth Stage Tech Practice. While there, he concentrated on helping Growth Stage Technology companies scale faster and did extensive work with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies, focusing on growth strategy, sales operations and strategy, pricing, international growth strategy and team building. Prior to his tenure at McKinsey, Brian was the Founder, President and CEO of CarOrder, a division of Trilogy Software based in Austin, Texas.

Klaus Schwab

Founder & Executive Chairman, World Economic Forum

Klaus is Founder & Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, the international organization for public-private cooperation. He founded the Forum in 1971, the same year in which he published Moderne Unternehmensführung im Maschinenbau (Modern Enterprise Management in Mechanical Engineering) . In that book, he argued that the management of a modern enterprise must serve not only shareholders but all stakeholders, to achieve long-term growth and prosperity. Klaus has championed the multistakeholder concept since the Forum’s inception, and it has become the world’s foremost platform for public and private cooperation. Under his leadership, the Forum has been a driver for reconciliation efforts in different parts of the world, acting as a catalyst of numerous collaborations and international initiatives.

Betsy Atkins

Board Member, Wynn Resorts, SL Green Realty, Volvo Cars

Betsy is a three-time CEO, serial entrepreneur co-founding companies in energy, healthcare and software industries. Betsy is an extremely experienced public company director having served on over 34 boards in virtually every industry. She is an expert at scaling companies through hyper growth and leading them to successful IPO and acquisitions. Betsy is a regular corporate governance expert commentator on CNBC and Bloomberg and her articles have been published in Forbes, WSJ and Business Insider. She has written three books on corporate governance, her most recent of which is “Be Board Ready: The Secrets to Landing a Board Seat and Being a Great Director.”

Carmine Di Sibio

Global Chairman & CEO, EY

Carmine Di Sibio is the Global Chairman and CEO of EY, one of the largest professional services organizations in the world, which has over 280,000 people serving clients in more than 150 countries. Carmine has held several global operating and leadership positions at EY and has spearheaded EY’s innovation efforts, including leading a US$1 billion investment in new technology solutions. Carmine is a member of the board of Focusing Capital on the Long Term (FCLT) and plays an active role in the World Economic Forum (WEF), serving as a member of its International Business Council. He co-chairs the Russia Foreign Investment Advisory Council (FIAC) with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, is a member of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council (IBLAC) to the Mayor of Shanghai, and is a member of the Washington, DC-based US Business Roundtable. He serves on the boards of the Foundation for Empowering Citizens with Autism and Family Promise and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Colgate University. Carmine earned a BA in Chemistry from Colgate University, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
