CHALLENGE

Regus’ old system was very slow and complex which resulted in a low user uptake. Regus required a more effective, user friendly solution that would encourage user uptake and require minimal disruption.

APPROACH

Regus chose Diligent Entities as it was a very user-friendly system and offered many customizable options to meet their specific governance and compliance needs. Implementation was organisation-wide with comprehensive training resulting in minimal disruption.

Regus opted for our hosted option meaning that responsibility for Diligent Entities performance, maintenance, backup and upgrades rested with us. Our hosted service meets the highest security standards through our ISAE3402, ISO27001 and ISO9001 certified data centre.

RESULTS

Diligent Entities has provided Regus with a secure central location for all their corporate data, subsequently improving data accuracy, and enabling multiple users in multiple locations to access corporate data at any time. Furthermore, Diligent Entities has increased user uptake with the finance, tax and legal teams all using the system effectively.
