CHALLENGE

Parker Hannifin needed a solution to maintain its entity information globally. It had to have the versatility to support an approval process that adhered to company policy and guidelines. The global nature of the company meant that secure and user defined access for all users was an absolute necessity.

APPROACH

A committee consisting of U.S. and International Subject Matter Experts carried out an extensive RFP process before determining that Diligent Entities best met the Parker Hannifin’s requirements. Diligent Entities creates one data source for all entity data, including information from Legal, Tax, Corporate Accounting, and Treasury, so reports can be provided for a variety of teams as well as government, tax and accounting filings. Diligent Entities’ biggest advantages was that it could be tailored to Parker Hannifin’s processes and the provision of variable, secure access from multiple locations. It made necessary entity data readily available to the relevant departments so they could complete day-to-day activities.
