Gainsight - Salesforce Incident Update

Monitoring: One of our service providers, Gainsight, recently experienced a security incident. Diligent’s products and services were not impacted by this incident.

We are still investigating the root cause of the incident; however, our investigation thus far has confirmed that no Diligent customer data was impacted.

Until we complete our investigation, we have removed access to Gainsight for Diligent team members and have implemented alternative operations to continue serving clients without interruption.

We are actively in communication with Gainsight and will share additional information as appropriate. While this issue originated with a third-party, we are committed to a thorough investigation and response. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
