Prescheduled / Open Group Training
Join your peers in a small group setting for a live, instructor-led course for both new and returning users. The sessions will include a live demonstration with questions welcomed and answered during the presentation. These sessions are conducted in English, via GoToWebinar, and are open to participants from multiple organizations. These sessions are ideal for those who quickly need training. Sessions run daily in multiple time zones.
If this is your first time accessing Diligent Boards, request your login credentials from your Boards Administrator. Please double-check the selected time zone, date and time.
Be sure to do a system check before attending the course.
Book a dedicated time for a small group of learners with one of our experienced training specialists. These sessions allow clients to quickly train all their users in a few short sessions that can be tailored to their specific needs. These sessions can be run via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex.
We recommend a maximum of 6 attendees per session. Once the session is booked, you can reach out to your trainer with any additional attendees or content to cover.
