Understanding the Migration Process
Migrating to the Diligent Community is a straightforward process that typically takes about eight weeks. Our team will handle most of the heavy lifting, making it seamless for you, we just ask that you complete the below pre-migration checklist before migration.
Once you're on board, you have two great training options to ensure you're comfortable with Diligent Community:
- Self-Directed Training Materials: These are available for you to go through at your own pace, allowing you to learn effortlessly.
- Live Group Training Sessions: Join our live sessions for a more interactive learning experience.
Additionally, you'll have the support of an amazing implementation specialist and a dedicated customer success manager. They are there to assist you with any questions during and after the implementation journey.
Rest assured, they will continue to support you long after the initial setup, helping you maximize your experience in the Diligent Community.
