Fountain-Fort Carson School District migrates from BoardDocs to Diligent Community with ease

Fountain-Fort Carson School District in Colorado represents 14 schools and approximately 9,000 students. The district recognized that Diligent Community would be a more up-to-date and mobile-friendly solution to replace their current software, BoardDocs. They were interested in Diligent Community to improve agenda preparation and communication, better maintain critical documents and enhance board and community engagement.

However, leaders were also aware that the migration to this new solution would require some education and acceptance by the board members before full adoption.

They made a seamless transition moving from BoardDocs to Diligent Community in January 2024.
