Terms and conditions for prize draw for annual newsletter survey for Diligent, Diligent Community and BoardEffect

The organizer of the Prize Draw is Diligent Corporation, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, with a principal address at 1111 19th St NW, 8th Floor, Washington DC 20036 (“Diligent”).

• Entrants must be over 18.
• The Prize is a $50/£50/€50 e-gift card.
• The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is offered. Diligent reservices the right to hold void cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw, or replace the prize with an alternative price of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Diligent’s control make it necessary to do so.
• The winner will be selected by random draw on Monday 6 January 2025 at 5pm GMT.
• Diligent’s decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• For the entry to be valid, the contestant must enter their details before 5pm local time on Friday 3 January 2025. Any entries after this time will not be valid.

This Prize Draw is not open to: (1) employees or internally contracted vendors of Diligent or its parent/subsidiaries, agents or affiliates; (2) the immediate family members or members of the same household of any such employee or vendor; (3) anyone professionally involved in the development or administration of the Prize Draw; (4) employees or internally contracted vendors of governments and government-affiliated companies or organizations whose guidelines or regulations do not allow entry in the Prize Draw or acceptance of the rewards described in these terms and conditions; (5) any employee whose employer's guidelines or regulations do not allow entry in the Prize Draw or acceptance of the prize(s); or (6) any users suspended or removed by Diligent for any reason. In addition, residents of the Crimea Region, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea or any other countries subject to export controls are not eligible to participate. This Prize Draw is void in these countries and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.

• There will be 1 winner selected across all participants that validly enter into the Prize Draw.
• The winner will be contacted by email.
• If the winner does not reply to the email notification before 5pm local time on 10 January, the claim to the prize expires.
• The winner’s name and country can be obtained by sending an email to customerservice@diligent.com within 45 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
• Personal information collected by Diligent will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Terms and conditions for quarterly prize draws for Diligent Community and BoardEffect

The organizer of the Prize Draw is Diligent Corporation, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, with a principal address at 1111 19th St NW, 8th Floor, Washington DC 20036 (“Diligent”).

The Prize Draw shall be held once per quarter. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entrants must be over 18.

The prize is a $50 e-voucher (or the local currency equivalent where outside of the US) to a retailer of Diligent’s choosing.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is offered. Diligent reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw, or replace the prize with an alternative price of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Diligent’s control make it necessary to do so.

Diligent’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into on this matter. For the entry to be valid, entrants must enter their details before 5pm local time on the last day of the calendar quarter. Any entries after this time will not be valid for the draw that quarter, but will be entered for the following draws.

There will be 1 winner selected per quarter across all entrants. The winner will be selected by random number generation, to be drawn on the first working day of the next quarter.

The winner will be contacted by email to arrange for the prize to be given. The name and country of the winner shall also be published in the next issue of Diligent’s monthly e-newsletter.

By submitting your information, you agree for your name to be entered into a draw on an ongoing, quarterly basis and to be published in Diligent's monthly e-newsletter should you win. You can de-register from any current or future draws at any time by sending an email to customerservice@diligent.com.
