4 ways APAC boards can better fulfil their cyber risk obligations

With local regulators signaling a more aggressive approach to cyber risks, 2024 will be the year that boards take the lead on cybersecurity. A move by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) signals this shift: The corporate regulator has announced that it will take legal action against boards who fail to sufficiently protect their organisation from cyber failures.

As cyber risks expand and evolve, and regulators become increasingly proactive in targeting unprepared organisations, boards will have to step up efforts to drive cyber resilience within their organisations.

Diligent has looked at the 4 ways APAC boards can better fulfil their cyber risk obligations in 2024. Download this article to learn how boards are building cyber resilience across their organisations.
