Never miss a due date: Action & review reminders
Manual follow-ups and chasing directors are a thing of the past. With automated reminders for actions and reviews, admins can now keep tasks moving without the manual follow-up, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
What’s new:
- Set up to three email reminders per action, triggered at intervals you choose
- Review reminders activate automatically three days before and on the due date
- Admins can enable, disable, or customize reminder settings to fit their workflow
Smarter navigation, valuable AI: GovernAI just got more intuitive
AI-generated content is more useful when you can quickly understand, navigate, and act on it. That’s why this update to the GovernAI navigation panel is all about clarity and control. Reviewing a draft? Exploring Smart Builder outputs? The new layout helps you work with clarity and share with confidence.
What’s new:
- Quickly scan and navigate long-form AI content with a built-in table of contents
- Jump straight into Smart Builder from the “Explore more” section
- Get contextual guidance with “Learn more” buttons that explain each content type before sharing

Stop unwanted AI content: Cancel AI generations
AI tools should work for you — not the other way around. With new cancelation controls, admins can now stop AI content creation mid-process for more flexibility. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining a draft, this update puts you in control.
What’s new:
- Cancel in-progress generations instantly
- Avoid accidental or unwanted outputs (with first-time generations)
- Revert to your last saved version (when regenerating)
Your bookmarks, new structure, same Book: Import Bookmarked PDFs
Board materials don’t always arrive perfectly formatted but now, they don’t have to. With the new import feature, admins can upload bookmarked PDFs directly into existing Books and let the system do the heavy lifting.
No more manual tab creation. No more lost highlights. Just a faster, cleaner way to organize complex documents.
